Human Resources Workplace Trainings
We help employers comply with California law by providing on-site training in various employment law areas, including wage and hour practices as well as the required 2 hours of interactive sexual harassment training to supervisors of employers with 50 or more employees. In addition, Wu Castillo attorneys provide specialized training on how to conduct effective investigations when an employee brings a complaint of harassment, discrimination and/or retaliation.
Our training sessions are aimed at providing comprehensive training to prevent claims against our clients. We specifically tailor our training materials to the industry and culture of each employer, including preparing all materials and delivering the trainings in Spanish when our client’s industry require it.
